Role & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, sales recruitment, account management, and hiring. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also need to have excellent communication skills as they will be communicating with clients and candidates daily.

Qualifications

  •  Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Sales Recruitment, and Hiring skills
  •  Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
  •  Strong understanding of IT technologies and market trends.
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  •  Experience in the IT industry
  •  Experience in recruiting for IT roles is a plus.
